Our team are available over the phone or in person 7 days a week, 24/7 - our staff are all mental health first aid trained and we really are there to help you be as happy and comfortable as possible during your stay with us, we are always on hand for advice, or just to look after your parcel for you.

When making a booking with us we require a small deposit (usually about 2 weeks' rent) and no other pre-payments are required till the month before you move in.

Once you have chosen your perfect student home, it's easy to book. You can book via the website or reach out to the sales team via live chat or email bookings.uk@scape.com to secure your room. Booking via the website takes 10 minutes to complete. Firstly, select the Scape property you would like to live in, and choose your preferred room type. For the first step of the booking process, you need to select the booking period and floor you wish to book. You have the option to add any extras like deep cleans or a kitchen pack, these are optional additions. Once you're happy to proceed, you'll need to create a Scape account and fill in your contact details. Then review and sign your tenancy contract and put down a 2-week advanced rent payment. Your booking is then confirmed.

If you don't want to miss out on your perfect room but need a few days to think about it, we'd recommend putting a room on hold. This can be done by selecting your ideal room, creating a Scape account, and submitting your contact details. We will then take the room off the market and allow you up to 72 hrs to complete the final steps of the booking journey. You will receive an email confirming your room choice has been saved for you.

While university halls can be a great starting point, they often have limited facilities and securing an en-suite room can be challenging, meaning you might end up sharing a bathroom with several others. Scape offers a range of room types, but every option—whether it’s an en-suite, studio, or shared apartment—comes with a private bathroom as standard. Compared to other PBSAs, Scape is situated in the most central and convenient locations, with a higher standard of shared spaces and 24/7 support from our fully trained on-site staff.

You could consider renting a flat or sharing a house with friends, but this often means no guaranteed en-suite, separate utility bills, and no on-site support. Instead, you can choose to stay at Scape with friends in one of our spacious apartments, and continue enjoying all the benefits we offer—including fully inclusive bills and regular cleaning of communal areas like kitchens. 

For postgraduates, finding affordable accommodation close to your university can be a challenge. Many of our postgraduate residents appreciate the privacy of a studio or apartment. We provide a comfortable and private setup across all our London locations to cater to your needs.
