Can I live next door to my friend?

Can I have guests stay overnight?
You’re welcome to have guests stay overnight. You just need to check them in at reception or on the Scape student app.
What is the payment schedule?
To secure your room at Scape Wembley, we require a 14 day upfront payment, which will be deducted from your rent.
Thereafter, you can choose to pay upfront or in instalments. Instalment payments will be required each term. For residents moving in September, your first instalment and damage deposit will be due ahead of check in day. The second instalment will follow in January, with the third instalment due around Easter.
Are there any bills I have to pay?
No, everything is covered in your weekly rent. This includes Wi-Fi, heating and electricity so you can enjoy your stay without worrying about any costly surprises. This amount is fixed for the year so even when energy bills go up, your rent stays the same. From grab-and-go smoothies to exercise classes and socials, we also host regular events that are free to attend.
There are laundry facilities onsite run by Circuit. For this, there is a small payment needed per load.
Does Scape host events for residents?
Scape hosts a variety of events every month, from Friday night hangouts and sports screenings to grab-and-go smoothies and yoga classes. Most events are free to join or seriously discounted so you can opt in or out whenever it suits you, there’s no pressure.
With an onsite gym, open plan lounge and dining areas, residents at Scape are surrounded by a supportive community.
