With a mattress, storage and study space, your en suite room is all ready for you to move in. You just need to bring along some bedding and everyday essentials. To help you pack, here’s a checklist of everything you need to bring for move-in day.
Can I live with friends?
Yes, you can. Booking en suite rooms is a convenient way to share space with your friends. The best way to make sure your group of friends live on the same floor is by booking together. Reach out to our sales team bookings.uk@scape.com to help organise a group booking.
Can I have guests stay overnight?
Your guests are welcome to stay overnight, you just need to check them in at reception or on the Scape student app when they arrive.
What is the payment schedule?
We require a 14 day upfront payment to secure your room at Scape Wembley. This will be deducted from your rent, so don’t worry.
You can then choose to pay upfront or in instalments. If you choose to pay by instalments, there will be a payment each term. For residents moving in September, your first instalment and damage deposit will be due before check in day. The second instalment will be in January, and the third around Easter.
Are there any bills that I must pay?
At Scape, everything is included in your weekly rent, including Wi-Fi, heating and electricity bills. This amount is fixed for the year so even when energy prices go up, your rent stays the same. From pizza parties to exercise classes and socials, we also host regular events that are free to attend.
There are laundry facilities onsite run by Circuit. For this, there is a small payment needed per load.
How do I meet other people in the building?
The best way to meet other residents is by attending our regular events. Unlike other student halls, we also host regular events that are often free to you. These events range from grab and go breakfast, to social mixers, summer parties and offsite events.
