Our two-bed apartments are for two students sharing. You’ll get your own bedroom, but share the bathroom, kitchen and lounge – ideal for catch-ups on the couch. See benefits of living with friends here.
If you want to stay a friend, make sure you book together. Just reach out to our sales team at bookings.uk@scape.com and we’ll make sure of it.
Can I have guests stay overnight?
Yes, your guests are welcome to spend a night at Scape. You just need to check them in at reception or on the Scape student app.
What is the payment schedule?
We require a 14 day upfront payment to secure your apartment. This will be deducted from your rent so don’t stress.
You can choose to pay upfront or in instalments (paid each term). For residents moving in September, your first instalment and damage deposit will be due ahead of check in day. The second instalment will be in January, and the third around Easter.
Are there any bills that I have to pay?
All utilities and bills are included in your rent, including superfast Wi-Fi, water, heating and electricity. This makes living with a friend really easy as there won’t be any awkward debates about who pays for what.
We have laundry facilities onsite; this is run by circuit and there is a small payment needed per load.
How can I meet other residents?
Unlike other student halls, we have a packed events calendar hosting regular on & off-site events. These events range from grab and go breakfast, to social mixers and summer parties. Attending the events is a great way to meet other residents in your building and other students living at Scape.
