We have a great range of student rooms available at Scape Leeds.  

• En suite rooms - are perfect for those new to the city or anyone looking to make some new mates. Each room has its own private bathroom, double bed, desk area and storage. Then shares access to a kitchen and dining room perfect for making flat dinners and pre-drinks before a night out.   

• Studios - we have a range of sizes and styles of studios. These options have kitchenettes, double beds, a desk area and plenty of storage space. These are an ideal choice if you want a little more privacy and space, some of our larger rooms feel more like flats. Many of our postgraduates book our studios.   

• Shared apartments – we have two and three bedroom apartments available – perfect for sharing with close friends. These options have separate bedrooms with spacious desks and a shared kitchen, lounge and bathroom.  

Whichever option you book to rent for your time at university, you won’t miss out on social spaces – you'll have access to all of our amazing, shared amenities and areas like our cinema, shared kitchen bar, 24/7 gym, rooftop terrace, library and study zones. Plus wi-fi and utility bills are all included in the cost.   

When you are a resident at Scape Leeds you will be granted access to the building via your smartphone. From the entrance to the building, all communal spaces, your floor and room.

Your safety is our number one priority. All our rooms in Leeds are equipped with top-notch security features, including key fob access to your room, corridor and every entry point in the building. For added peace of mind, we have CCTV, on-site security and 24/7 reception to assist you at anytime.

This level of security exceeds what you’d typically find in private rentals. Unlike university halls which are usually situated on campus, Scape is lot more selective with our locations and you can relax knowing that you're in a city centre location, only a short commute to major universities in Leeds. Yes, you heard right. At Scape everything is covered in your weekly rent, including all utilities and bills, gym membership and superfast Wi-Fi. This amount is fixed from the start of your tenancy so even if energy bills go up, your rent stays the same.

Rooms at Scape are popular and tend to fill up fast. The best way to guarantee your spot is by booking early. Since our rooms are dynamically priced (like flight tickets), booking ahead also gives you a chance to get our best rates.

If there’s no current availability, you’re welcome to join our waiting list. If someone else cancels their booking and a room becomes available, we’ll reach out to everyone on the waiting list. Rooms will then be filled on a first-come first-served basis.  

Good news, you don’t need a guarantor to book. Securing a room at Scape Leeds is hassle-free. As long as you’re over 18 when you move in, you can book your spot without any extra paperwork or fuss. It’s just another way we take the stress out of moving.  

Your room comes with a comfy double bed, giving you plenty of space to stretch out and recharge after a busy day at university. You just need to bring your own pillow and bedding. There’s large under-bed storage, wardrobes and drawers for all your stuff.

Kitchens come fully equipped with a hob, microwave and fridge-freezer combo so you can easily whip up your favourite meals. If you need anything else, we’ve partnered with Unpacked so you can conveniently pre-order kitchen, bedding and cleaning items to be delivered directly to your door at Scape on move-in day.

All bedroom windows are double glazed to reduce noise. Space Leeds implements advanced personal heat controls to ensure bedrooms maintain an ambient temperature for optimal comfort. There is also air conditioning in all gyms and communal spaces. 

Yes. Scape offers private student accommodation especially for student living. Our beautifully designed, purpose-built accommodations are managed independently from the universities in your city and are exclusive to students over 18.

We welcome students studying at a range of higher education institutions, providing a comfortable and supportive environment to help you get the most out of your university experience.

Our rooms are thoughtfully designed with extra details. Enjoy a fully furnished space with an ensuite bathroom, waterfall shower, heated towel rails and mirrored bathroom cupboards. Our rooms have large windows to let in natural light along with a comfortable and well-lit study desk, ideal for catching up on lectures or video-calling family.

Plus, you’ll have access to all our communal areas in the building like the gym, cinema and social spaces. There’s a laundry room where you can do your washing and drying for a small fee, and your mail and parcels can be delivered to reception and easily tracked on the Scape app for added convenience.
