Your apartment in Leeds will come fully furnished. You just need to bring along some bedding, cookware and everyday essentials. To help you pack, here’s a checklist of everything you need to bring on move in day.
How many friends can share an apartment?
We have a range of two- and three-bed apartments that you can share with your friends. You’ll get your own bedroom but can still kick back on the couch or cook up a storm together in your shared apartment. See benefits of living with friends here.
The easiest way to make sure you and your friends live with one another is by booking together. Just reach out to our sales team at bookings.uk@scape.com and we’ll take care of it.
Can I have guests stay overnight?
You’re welcome to have guests stay overnight, you just need to check them in at reception or on the Scape student app.
What is the payment schedule?
We require a 14 day upfront payment to secure your apartment, which will be deducted from your rent.
You can choose to pay upfront or in instalments. Instalments are paid each term. For residents moving in September, your first instalment and damage deposit will be due ahead of check in day. The second instalment will follow in January, and the third around Easter.
Are there any bills that I have to pay?
No, all utilities and bills are included in your rent, including superfast Wi-Fi, water, heating and electricity. This makes living with a friend really easy as there won’t be any awkward conversations about who pays for what.
We have laundry facilities onsite; this is run by circuit and there is a small payment needed per load.
