Student accommodation in Bloomsbury

Scape student accommodation Bloomsbury has many room options, en suite rooms, studios, flats and apartments for you to pick from, meaning you have lots of choice, whatever your budget. We have a mix of rooms available, so the option is yours.  

Rent one of our en suites, twin rooms, standard studio, medium studio, large studio or your own flat - each of our rooms come with a private bathroom with loo, power shower, heated towel rail, sink and mirrored cupboard. The en suite rooms are part of a larger flat, so a few students will be sharing access to a kitchen and dining room (whilst everyone has their own bathrooms in their rooms). All our studios come with a kitchenette and private bathroom. 

In all our rooms, we furnish the bedroom with a double bed, under bed storage, comfy mattress, desk, lamp, chair, wardrobe and chest of draws.

Located in the heart of central London our Bloomsbury property is surrounded by local stores - the perfect spot for all your student needs.  

Everything you need on your doorstep.The local neighbourhood has a variety of supermarkets and shops to pick up your local groceries. Tesco is just around the corner or walk 10-minutes to a big Lidl for quality food at cheap prices. A short walk away you’ll also find Europe's busiest shopping road, Oxford Street, Regent Street and Tottenham Court Road, and when we say everything you need is right here on this street, we mean it. From high-end designer outlets like Liberty, to souvenir stores and everything in between. Just make sure you wear your comfortable trainers because there’ll be a lot of walking involved! Scape Bloomsbury is in the heart of the academic district. It is near to a range of world-leading universities, including UCL, Kings College, London School of Economics (LSE) and more. Ranked consistently in the top 10 universities globally, UCL is just a 10-minute walk from our Bloomsbury property, with Kings College and LSE both just 20-minutes away by foot. Other universities are also within walking distance, including the likes of Birkbeck and SOAS University of London, both a mere 6minutes away! With great transport links and connections to all over the city, Bloomsbury is also a short trip away from other major universities across the capital. Making Bloomsbury the perfect place to live while you study in London. 

Being in a central location in the capital, there are plenty of ways for you to get around. With all your local amenities just round the corner, walking will be your best bet when it comes to your food shops and general shopping. If you need to venture out further there are excellent transport links, with regular bus services all over the city with bus stops right outside our building. The tube network also offers fast and reliable underground connections to stations all over London, with the nearest tube station just a 4-minute walk away at Russel Square station, on the Piccadilly line. The largest tube station, King's Cross St Pancras, is within 10-minutes.  

If art and culture are your thing, then Bloomsbury might just be the perfect place for you. For starters, the oldest public museum in the world (yes, you heard that right), is right on your doorstep. The British Museum hosts two million years’ worth of human culture and is a popular tourist destination for students from across the globe. The British Library is also just a short walk away, holding another record for the largest library in the world. With its brutalist architecture style and its 170+ million items, you can pop by for research, inspiration or simply for enjoyment. Bloomsbury also hosts a range of smaller art galleries showing independent artwork by local artists, with Bloomsbury Gallery and The Brunswick Art Gallery being popular venues. You're also within easy reach of some lovely green spaces like Regent's Park, which boasts a world-renowned open-air theatre.  

With a central location comes a host of entertainment and things to do. Bloomsbury has a range of classy cafés for a mid-morning brunch, and plenty of restaurants to eat out in. Just a short distance away is the area of Soho, which offers more vibrant eateries as well as great venues for nightlife. Head over to the electric Carnaby Street where you’ll find a whole road of trendy spots for drinks and restaurants that offer indoor and outdoor dining. Just round the corner you’ll also find  Chinatown, full of the best Asian cuisine from Dim Sum to Chinese desserts. You’re also just a short distance away from the famous West End, where you can grab a ticket to see world renowned musicals at extravagant venues such as the Lyceum Theatre, Coliseum and Apollo Theatre!
