Choosing your university accommodation can be challenging with so many accommodation options available. We want to make the process easier for you, and we’re here to play a part in helping you find the perfect place to call home during your studies.
For first-year students, the main options are university halls or purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) like Scape. While university halls might meet basic needs, they often lack facilities like en-suite rooms, which could mean sharing a bathroom with up to six people. At Scape, we offer a variety of room types —all of which include en-suite bathrooms. Our shared spaces are modern and newly refurbished, and we provide amenities such as an on-site gym and cinema room. Compared to other PBSAs, we offer central, convenient locations, high-quality shared spaces, and dedicated staff on-site 24/7. In your second or third year, you might no longer have the option of university halls and may consider renting a private residence, such as a flat or shared houses. However, private rentals may not include en-suite rooms, utility bills, or support services. You can continue to enjoy the benefits of Scape by choosing one of our larger apartments to share with friends, with inclusive bills and regular cleaning services for communal areas.
If you’re a postgraduate student in London, we know how searching for places can be tricky. Many postgraduates prefer more privacy, which we offer through our studios and apartments available across all our London locations.
