Who is Scape?
Scape is game-changing student accommodation, home to thousands of students across the UK, Ireland and Australia. Opening in the US soon. Voted ‘Student Accommodation of the Year’ in the UK in 2019, 2021 and 2024, we’re the go-to choice for students looking to elevate their university experience
We envision Scape as an aspirational living ecosystem where private rooms flow into communal spaces, encouraging meaningful exploration within our walls and beyond. Stay with friends in a shared apartment or enjoy a studio all to yourself. All our buildings are centrally located only a short commute to most universities, with plenty to do right at your doorstep. Plus, all utilities are included, and you don’t need a guarantor to book.
What amenities are included?
There is a free onsite gym in all our buildings, available 24/7 to Scape residents. Feel free to book regular sessions with your friends or flatmates. Each gym is fully equipped with strength and fitness equipment so you can keep up with your fitness goals.
You can also make use of our shared spaces anytime you like. All our buildings have large communal lounges, a kitchen and dining area, cinema, game rooms, library and study spaces. Everything is included - with our enviable locations in London and next-level amenities, the hardest decision you’ll have at Scape is whether to head out or stay in.
How does Scape's design ethos set it apart?
Scape embraces world-class industrial design principles to completely reimagine student living. We break free from uniformity and conventional layouts to create spaces that are as inspiring as they are comfortable. Every detail from smart underbed storage to the precise placement of plug sockets is meticulously considered to enhance the living experience.
Recognising that students are on a life-altering journey, every inch is designed with intent to make sure Scape is fully equipped for studying, socialising, exercising and everything else in-between. Proving that student living can also be quality living.
