How do I book a room?
Once you have chosen your perfect student home, it's easy to book. You can book via the website or reach out to the sales team via live chat or email bookings.uk@scape.com to secure your room. Booking via the website takes 10 minutes to complete. Firstly, select the Scape property you would like to live in, choose your preferred room type. For the first step of the booking process, you need to select the booking period and floor you wish to book. You have the option to add any extras like deep cleans or a kitchen pack, these are optional additions. Once you're happy to proceed, you'll need to create a Scape account and fill in your contact details. Then review and sign your tenancy contract and put down a 2-week advanced rent payment. Your booking is then confirmed.
If you don't want to miss out on your perfect room but need a few days to think about it, we'd recommend putting a room on hold. This can be done by selecting your ideal room, creating a Scape account, and submitting your contact details. We will then take the room off the market and allow you up to 72 hrs to complete the final steps of the booking journey. You will receive an email confirming your room choice has been saved for you.

I’m a postgrad is Scape suitable?
If you’re looking for postgraduate accommodation, our properties are an excellent option. All our rooms include spacious desks and a variety of communal areas designed to support your study needs, making Scape the ideal home for postgraduate students.
What sets Scape apart from other student accommodation providers?
Choosing your university accommodation can be challenging with so many rental options available. We want to make the process easier for you.
For first-year students, the main options are university halls or purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) like Scape. While university halls might meet basic needs, they often lack facilities like en-suite rooms, which could mean sharing a bathroom with up to six people. At Scape, we offer a variety of room types—all of which include en-suite bathrooms. Our shared spaces are modern and newly refurbished, and we provide amenities such as an on-site gym and cinema room. Compared to other PBSAs, we offer central, convenient locations, high-quality shared spaces, and dedicated staff on-site 24/7.
In your second or third year, you might no longer have the option of university halls and may consider renting a private residence, such as a flat or shared house. However, private rentals may not include en-suite rooms, utility bills, or support services. You can continue to enjoy the benefits of Scape by choosing one of our larger apartments to share with friends, with inclusive bills and regular cleaning services for communal areas.
If you’re a postgraduate student in London, we know how tough it can be to find affordable and conveniently located accommodation. Many postgraduates prefer more privacy, which we offer through our studios and apartments available across all our London locations.
How secure are Scape buildings?
Our residents’ safety, wellbeing and comfort are our core focus at Scape and, as such, our buildings reflect this.
We know it can be a bit daunting moving to a new city, especially if it is your first time living away from home and if it’s not just a new city, but a new country you’re moving to. As well as having a fully trained member of staff present on site 24/7, we have CCTV and secure access doors on the outside and inside of the building. You'll always see a friendly face at reception - the site team are there to support you, in any way they can, to help all our residents feel content with the happy environment at Scape.
What is it like being a student in London?

Navigating London’s transport system is key to getting around. The most common mode is the tube, which connects all our properties to major universities and neighbourhoods. Buses are another affordable option for getting around the city.
