Terms and conditions

• To qualify, you must have made an advance payment received and received a Booking Confirmation email before 28th March 2025 and enter the designated promo code during the checkout process

• To qualify you must book for the 25/26 academic year for a minimum period of 45 weeks

• The discount will be applied across the Residence Fee instalment plan as per the agreement

• Failure to abide by the terms of the Residence Agreement may result in Scape withdrawing the promotion

• The promotion is only available to customers who book direct with Scape, not via an Agent or other third party

• Scape reserves the right to withdraw, vary or alter this promotion without notice

The offer - London & Guildford

Know someone looking for their next student home? If you refer a friend, you can get a £100 Amazon voucher PER REFERRAL if they decide to book with us. There’s also no limit to the number of friends you can refer, so all your friends can get involved and you can earn vouchers.

How to apply

When your friend is making their booking, they need to add your booking confirmation code to the referral box as part of the booking journey. Let the sales team know when your friend is making a booking, and they can help make sure the referral is added to your account.

Terms and conditions

• To qualify, the referred friend must input the referrer's Booking Reference Number in the 'Referral Code Box' on the About You section when making their booking.

• There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer.

• Referral vouchers will only be received once all relevant fees are paid and the referred friend has checked in.

• Vouchers cannot be redeemed if the booking came through an agent.

• The referrer and the person being referred will each receive a £100 Amazon voucher sent to the email address on record. It is your responsibility to ensure we have the correct email address as vouchers will only be sent once.

• The referrer must live at Scape or have a booking for the 2025/26 academic year.

• You cannot claim this offer as a referee if you currently live at Scape.

• Please allow up to 14 working days after the referred friend has checked in to receive the voucher.

• £50 of the voucher will be sent to the referrer up to 14 working days after the referee’s Cooling off Period has expired.

• The remaining £300 will be sent to the referrer up to 14 working days after the referee has checked.
