We follow a supplier code of conduct and a sustainable procurement policy, enabling an integrated responsible value chain that spans from site development and construction into final operation. We will continue to align with best practice, allowing us to deliver the high service levels our residents expect whilst further limiting our impact on the natural environment.

Our stakeholders demand results, and we aim high – actively participating in the voluntary, internationally-recognised Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) with a goal to maintain our 5-star rating.
