Where we started
Scape was founded on a simple idea: that students deserve better. That they shouldn’t have to compromise on quality living. In 2012, we opened our first building in London’s Mile End to reimagine student accommodation. Today, we design, build and operate brilliant buildings for students across the UK with more than 7,500 beds in operation, development and planning.

Where we’re headed
We’ve just started a new chapter in our ambition to bring Scape to the world’s leading academic cities. With 1,000 beds in development in central London, and 2,500 more in planning. Wherever we go, our commitment to intuitive design and intelligent service will always put students at the heart of everything we do.
