If you are going into your first year of university, the most popular option is to choose between university halls and purpose-built student accommodation such as Scape. University halls are a popular choice for many, but the accommodation available is essential in terms of facilities, room finishes, and furnishings. Getting an en-suite room can also be challenging – often, the assigned room is part of a flat with shared bathrooms.    

All our communal areas are premium spaces and newly refurbished, and you have 24/7 access to our range of facilities, such as an on-site gym and cinema room. Compared to other PBSAs, we have the most central and convenient locations, our shared spaces and facilities are higher spec, and we have fully trained Scape staff on-site 24/7, including a maintenance team at each property.    

In your second or third year, student halls may no longer be an option, and you might consider moving into a private flat or sharing a house with friends. However, private rentals don’t always guarantee an en-suite room, and they often exclude bills and lack support services. Alternatively, you can stay at Scape in one of our larger apartments with friends and continue to enjoy all the benefits we provide—such as inclusive bills and regular cleaning of shared areas like the kitchen.   

For postgraduate students in London, we understand the challenge of finding affordable accommodation close to your university. Many postgraduates prefer more privacy, which we offer in our studio apartments. All our London locations provide comfortable and private living setups to suit your needs.
