The offer

For current residents of Scape: Rebook a room at Scape for September 2026 from the period of 27^th October 2025 to 10^th November 2025, and receive: 

• FOR CUSTOMERS BOOKING THE SAME ROOM 

Two-week rent discount (Scape Bloomsbury, Scape Canada Water, Scape Guildford, Scape Kings Cross, Scape Shoreditch), three-week rent discount (Scape Hammersmith, Scape Mile End), four-week discount (Scape Leeds), which covers you for the week between your contracts. No new deposit required 

• FOR CUSTOMERS BOOKING A DIFFERENT ROOM 

No rent discount, but you'll be covered for the week between your contracts. Deposit required 

Terms and conditions

1. The offer period runs from 27^th October 2025 to 10^th November 2025

2. Offer expires on 10th November at 23:59

3. To qualify you must have checked into your room at Scape from September 2025  and you must be a current resident at a Scape

4. Rebooking contracts are offered at a minimum 42 weeks

5. Only bookings made for September 2026 for a minimum term of 42 weeks qualify for this offer

6. Discount will be applied to your payment schedule as agreed in your contract for your 2026/27 Academic year booking

7. Offer is subject to availability and Scape have the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time

8. Processing any room move booking requests will take place on the morning of the 11th November 2025, following the end of the exclusivity period

9. You cannot redeem this offer in conjunction with another promotion

10. Ending your booking for the 25/26 year prior to the contractual end date during the 25/26 academic year will result in you forfeiting the rebooker discount and the week between contracts

11. If you rebook your Same Room, we will not require a new damage deposit to be paid for your 2026/27 booking. Your current deposit will rollover

12. If you book a Different Room, you will be required to pay a new deposit on 1^st August 2026

13. If you are a resident at Scape Leeds, on a 45-week contract, you are eligible for a one-week rent discount

14. If you are a resident at Scape Mile End on a 42-week contract, you are eligible for a one-week rent discount

Terms and conditions

• The competition will run monthly from 1^st September 2025 to 31^st August 2026.

• Only current residents (at the time of submission) of Scape Bloomsbury, Scape Canada Water, Scape Guildford, Scape Hammersmith, Scape Kings Cross, Scape Leeds, Scape Mile End, Scape Shoreditch and Scape Wembley are eligible to enter.

• You will only be entered into the prize draw if you successfully submit photo or video content via the competition link.

• A winner will be chosen on or before the 15^th of each month and contacted via email.

• The winner must reply to the email within 48 hours to claim their prize. If unclaimed, another winner will be selected.

• The winner will receive their £50 UberEATS voucher via email within 7 business days of claiming their prize.

• By entering the competition, you consent to Scape using your content on social media and other promotional activities.

• This competition is subject to availability and Scape reserves the right to amend or withdraw it at any time.

• The prize has no cash alternative or transferable value.

• Scape accepts no responsibility for entries not received or any issues that prevent participation.
